Rick Epstein
President & Chief Executive Officer
Rick has more than 30 years of experience in executive leadership roles transforming medical device businesses to fast growing and valuable enterprises, including his most recent role as the CEO of OMNI Life Sciences, Inc. where he was integral to the acquisition of OMNI by Corin Group. Prior to leading OMNI, he served as President and CEO of Sonoma Orthopedic Products, which was acquired by Arthrex. Rick was Ellman International’s CEO, V. Mueller’s (Cardinal Health) VPGM and has also served as a Vice President in prominent organizations including Baxter International and Cardinal Health. Rick holds a BS in engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford, and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Rick is also a member of the Conventus Board of Directors.

Jonathan Isenburg
Chief Financial Officer
With more than 17 years in Industry, Jonathan Isenburg brings a diverse and deep set of skills in financial leadership and management to Conventus. Mr. Isenburg also brings previous CFO experience to Conventus. Prior to joining Conventus, he led a cardiovascular imaging start-up through a dual-track IPO M&A process that culminated in a sale to a publicly traded strategic buyer. Earlier in his career, Mr. Isenburg worked in a number of public accounting and financial consulting roles. Mr. Isenburg earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from UMASS – Amherst and a graduate business degree in Investment Management from Boston University. Mr. Isenburg was formerly licensed as a CPA in Massachusetts.

Jeffrey Zanni
Executive Vice President, Commercial Sales
Jeff is a transformational leader with 19+ years of extensive experience in medical devices, commercial sales, marketing, and corporate accounts. Most recently as Vice President, US Sales at Vyaire Medical, Jeff drove Vyaire’s growth in respiratory solutions. Through his leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic, Vyaire has become a formidable global respiratory company with a commercial team well recognized for its clinical knowledge. Prior to Vyaire Medical, Jeff spent over 12-years in the orthopedic space with increasing responsibilities. At Tornier/Wright Medical, he led the Northeast region as the Upper Extremity General Manager and was then promoted to East Coast Regional Vice President. While at Stryker Orthopedics, he played a critical role in Corporate Accounts and Reconstructive Sales.

Luke Buza
Executive Vice President Marketing and R&D
Luke joins us from Acumed where he was Vice President of Marketing, Medical Education, Communications, Professional Affairs & Clinical Research. In this role, Luke led the successful implementation of numerous key initiatives. Prior to Acumed, Luke worked at Stryker for 18-years. During his tenure there, he was responsible for the development and launch of many products including: The market leading Triathlon® Total Knee System, ReUnion® TSA Total Shoulder Arthroplasty System, VariAx® Upper Extremity System and the PRO Pelvis and Acetabulum System.
Luke holds an Industrial Engineering degree and MBA from Rutgers University. In addition, he completed the Global Leadership Program at Harvard University.

Peter Ringwood
VP, Operations 
Peter is a highly driven, results-oriented operations executive with over 32 years of diverse manufacturing, supply chain and management experience.  Most recently as General Manager at B&G Manufacturing, Peter led the company’s initial entry and growth in the medical device field.  Through his leadership, B&G became an industry leading, vertically integrated contract manufacturer of complete surgical devices from components to complex assemblies. Prior to B&G, Peter spent 14 years with Cooper Industries in a variety of manufacturing leadership roles supporting aerospace, automotive and heavy industrial industries.   At Cooper Power Tools, he directed the Lexington SC facility as their Plant Manager.  Previous positions included Business Unit Manager at Campbell Chain in York Pa and Champion Aviation in Liberty SC.

Robin Fatzinger, RAC
VP, Quality Assurance, Regulatory & Clinical Affairs 
Robin is a Clinical, Regulatory & Quality Executive with 30 years of medical device industry and consulting experience. She has overseen hundreds of U.S. and foreign Regulatory Affairs filings including IDEs, PMAs, 510(k)s, Pre-Submissions and Design Dossiers for small and large multinational medical device organizations.  She has also managed large, randomized pre-market and post-market clinical studies in support of PMA approvals.  Her area of expertise include biomaterials, biologics, cardiovascular, neurosurgical, orthopedic, and spinal implants and interventional devices.
